Nutratech Closes West Coast Offices

FAIRFIELD, N.J.--Nutratech Inc. has consolidated all its operations into its corporate headquarters here, after it closed its West Coast offices in Gardena, Calif. The last operating day in California was April 10. Employees at the Gardena office were let go, though Nutratech was not releasing exact numbers of people laid off. According to StephenDrozdow, chief operating officer, the move should increase the company's efficiencies and customer service. "Keeping our inventory and product testing facilities in onelocation will improve our response time and make it easier to track inventory," he said.
