O.Berk Sold to Tournaire

UNION, N.J.--Norbert Gaelen, president andprincipal owner of One Gaelen Corp., sold his 50-percent interest in O.BerkInternational to Grasse, France-based Tournaire S.A., a co-owner since 1983.Effective immediately, the company will be known as Elemental Container Inc.,and will continue to operate from its office and warehouse here. Luc Tournairewill be president of Elemental Container (www.aluminumbottles.com),while Gaelen will consult during the transition.
