Penton Merges Technology, Lifestyle Divisions

CLEVELAND--Penton Media merged its TechnologyMedia and Lifestyle Media divisions into a new division called the PentonTechnology & Lifestyle Media Division. David B. Nussbaum, president of theTechnology division and a corporate executive vice president, will serve aspresident of the newly formed division. As part of the reorganization, DarrellC. Denny was named president of two Colorado-based businesses that are includedin the new division: the Penton IT Media Group, based in Loveland, and thePenton Lifestyle Media Group in Boulder, which includes New Hope Natural Media (www.newhope.com).
