KEARNY, N.J.--Pharmachem Laboratories, supplier ofPhase 2 Starch Neutralizer, announced that Cameron Stauth and StevenRosenblatt, M.D., Ph.D., will co-author a book about the benefits ofnon-stimulant carbohydrate control in weight loss. Stauth's previous booksinclude The New Approach to Cancer about complementary medical care, and BrainLongevity, which explored multidisciplinary treatment of Alzheimer's disease.Rosenblatt maintains a medical practice in Los Angeles and was previously thedirector of the Complementary Medicine Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center,Los Angeles.
