Powder Technologies ~ Ystral PiloTec

HAINESPORT, N.J.Powder Technologies introduced Ystral PiloTec, a processing system for mixing and dispersing equipment bringing established production processes to a laboratory or smaller scale. The systems can be applied in the chemical, coatings, pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries.

PiloTec relies on established processes and a specific energy input independent of batch size. As a result, the system provides reliable results for dust- and loss-free induction of powders, colloidal wetting under vacuum, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, wet grinding and mixing.

Because PiloTec is modular, users can upgrade from processing systems including Ystral mixing systems, powder and liquid handling systems incorporating measuring and weighing technology and lifting devices.
