Resveratrol2010 Set for Mid September

COPENHAGEN, DenmarkThe First International Scientific Conference of Resveratrol and Health will be held Sept. 13 to 16 at the Konventum conference center in Helsingør, Denmark. Resveratrol2010 four days of meetings involving leading worldwide resveratrol scientists and an exhibition limited to only ten resveratrol companiesas of the release of this news, only two openings remained.

Organizers, which include Biokemist Forening, Øresund Food, Roskilde University, the Danish Society of Engineers (IDA) and the European Union (EU), aim to bring together industry and science in the interest of the long-term success of resveratrol. Topics covered will include inflammation, cardiovascular support, cancer, longevity neuroprotection, obesity, diabetes and bioavailability.

Among a select group of exhibitors, organic-based resveratrol manufacturer Reserveage Organics will show its product lines at the conference, in addition to presenting several research studies currently underway on its Resveratrol products. The company noted two Reserveage scientific advisers, Dr. Heather Hausenblas and Dr. Stephen Anton, will be presenting research studies on the companys resveratrol and its effects on longevity, cognitive and cellular health.
