Review Confirms Safety of DAG Oil

VERO BEACH, Fla.—The safety of diacylglycerol oil (DAG) underwent review in a recent article published in Food and Chemical Toxicology. The review examined DAG oil and its GRAS status.
Review researchers concluded that both animal and human studies supported the safety of DAG oil as an edible oil.
