Sabinsa Completes Construction on Supercritical CO2 Extraction Facility

PISCATAWAY, N.J.--Sabinsa Corp. announced the completion of construction on its new supercritical CO2 extraction facility in Bangalore, India, home of Sabinsa's manufacturing division, SAMI Labs. Plant capacity is approximately 2,000 kg of feed material per day.

MuhammedMajeed, Ph.D., founder of Sabinsa and chairman of SAMI Labs, said the facility "will provide additional opportunities for us to serve our customers better." Sabinsa (www.sabinsa.com) supplies a range of Ayurvedic raw materials to the U.S. market.
