Sepragen Appoints Spradling as Acting President and COO

HAYWARD, Calif.--Sepragen Corp. appointed Jim Spradling as acting presidentand chief operations officer (COO), and said it would hire him formally afterthe proposed financing for the company has been completed. Spradling has morethan 32 years experience in executive management with Raychem, where he directedthe corporate technical center and established and managed internal operationsand joint ventures.
