Sepragen Appoints Spradling as Acting President and COO

HAYWARD, Calif.--Sepragen Corp. appointed Jim Spradling as acting presidentand chief operations officer (COO), and said it would hire him formally afterthe proposed financing for the company has been completed. Spradling has morethan 32 years experience in executive management with Raychem, where he directedthe corporate technical center and established and managed internal operationsand joint ventures. "I believe that Sepragen has a tremendous technologyportfolio, a dedicated team and significant growing market opportunities,"Spradling said. "I look forward to helping Sepragen transition to itscommercialization phase." In related news, Sepragen hired Henry"Skip" Edmunds, Ph.D., as acting chief financial officer (CFO).Edmunds is currently a board member, but will become more active in companyactivity with his new appointment.
