Shaklee To Use Senetek's Kinetin
NAPA, Calif.--Senetek PLC entered a non-exclusive licensingagreement with Shaklee Corp. Shaklee will incorporate Senetek's kinetin into itsexisting skin care line and intends to add new formulations for the directselling distribution channel, catalog sales and the Internet. The launch isexpected to take place in mid-2003.
"We are delighted to add kinetin to our portfolio, a compound that hasbeen clinically proven to be highly effective in restoring the beauty of skinthat has been photo-damaged," said Jim Greene, Shaklee's vice president ofresearch and development.
