Smucker Completes Folgers Merger

ORRVILLE, OhioJ.M.. Smucker Company completed its merger with the Folgers Coffee Company, a subsidiary of Procter & Gamble. The $3 billion transaction includes the issuance of Smucker common shares and $350 million of Folgers debt guaranteed by Smucker in connection with the merger.
