Staff Changes at Farouk Systems

HOUSTON, Texas--Chris Marteeny was promoted to serve as Farouk Systems' chief financial officer. His new responsibilities include programs and initiatives for the company's financial growth. Karen Howard was appointed marketing manager, where she will use her more than 10 years in the industry to oversee marketing initiatives for the ARUM Spa Therapy line, core brands and special projects. Dixie Pelfrey was appointed vice president of shows and education for Farouk. She is a licensed cosmetologist, salon owner, teacher, stage artist and former show and education director for a leading distributorship.
