Stratas Hires Sr. VP for Risk Management

MEMPHIS, Tenn.--Stratas Foods LLC announced Ray Richard will be joining the company as Senior Vice President Risk Management and Procurement. Richard has a background in procurement, risk management, sales and operations, with more than thirty years in the edible oil industry. He is involved in edible oil industry trade associations and currently serves as an Advisory Board Member to the Institute of Shortening and Edible Oils, and Second Vice President of the National Institute of Oilseed Products. He is a past Board Member of American Fats and Oils Association. Ray is coming to Stratas from Ventura Foods, LLC in Brea, California where he was Senior Vice President Commodity Operations.
