Taiyo To Offer Green Tea Seminar at Natural Products Expo West

ANAHEIM, Calif.Taiyo International (www.taiyointernational.com)will offer a seminar on the tastes, culture and science of green tea at NaturalProducts Expo West. The event, cosponsored by NutriScience Innovations and MarcoHi-Tech, will include presentations on the history as well as the health andweight loss benefits of green tea, and be followed by a Japanese mixer includinggreen tea-based alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, confections, supplementsand functional foods. Speakers will include Lekh Raj Juneja, Ph.D., executivevice president of Taiyo Kagaku Co., Ltd. (www.taiyokagaku.com), a holisticauthor, a third generation tea merchant and a Japanese food stylist.
