TNC Bulks Up with TrimLife Acquisition

FORT LEE, N.J.—The Neutraceutical Co. (TNC) acquired the assets of Bismark, N.D.-based TrimLife, which markets a range of dietary supplements including Lipitone, a fat- and carb-blocking weight loss product. Carlan Kraft and Justin Steinle, the founders of TrimLife, will stay on board to assist in the integration of the operations.
