AUGUSTINE, Fla.--Tree of Life, a distributor of more than 30,000 natural and specialty food products, has penned an agreement to purchase Rella Good Cheese Co. and its brands from Santa Rosa, Calif.-based Rose Enterprise Ltd. for an undisclosed amount.
