TSI Expands Into Japan

MISSOULA, Mont.--Technical Sourcing International (TSI) opened a sales office in Tokyo to serve the growing nutraceutical manufacturing market in Japan and southeast Asia. Yoshikatsu Sono was named business manager for the Japanese office. He worked most recently as the overseas business development manager for a Japanese chemical company.

"Since the Ministry of Health and Welfare took steps to deregulate vitamins and botanical supplements in Japan, the ingredients we offer have been widely embraced in this country," said Larry Kolb, president of TSI (www.tsiinc.com). "By establishing an office in Tokyo, TSI will be better able to support its growing manufacturer client base in Japan."

The new office is located within the international headquarters for TSI's corporate partner, Inabata & Co. Ltd., at 8-2, Nihonbashihoncho 2-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-8448, Tel: +03-3639-6415, FAX +03-3639-6410.
