USANA to Buy Back 1 Million More Shares of Stock
SALT LAKE CITY--USANA Health Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ:USNA)announced another 1 million shares had been added to the company's previouslyauthorized common stock repurchase program, doubling the number of sharespreviously under the program. As of Aug. 19, USANA had purchased more than950,000 shares of common stock for a cost of $5.2 million over the lasttwo-and-a-half years. Currently, the company has approximately 9.3 millionshares of common stock issued and outstanding.
