Valensa, Parry Further Partnership

CHENNAI, India & ORLANDO, Fla.—EID Parry, the parent company of Parry Nutraceuticals, acquired a 48 percent strategic stake in U.S. Nutraceuticals, dba Valensa International. The move will allow Parry to serve as a strategic sourcing partner for botanical materials and technology for new and existing Valensa ingredients in the omega-3, carotenoid and phytonutrient areas. Valensa’s president, Rudi Moerck, will head an expanded management team including execs from both companies.
