Vital Living Acquires Doctors for Nutrition

PHOENIXVital Living Inc.(OTCBB:VTLV) announced Oct. 15 it acquired Doctors for Nutrition (DFN), a SanDiego-based private company that distributes Greens FIRST. DFN will be made awholly owned subsidiary of Vital Living, and Bruce Howe, DFN president, willhead up the new venture.

DFN was bought in a stock purchase; Vital Living paid 1million shares of restricted, unregistered stock, with the possibility of DFNearning an additional 650,000 shares being earned as part of the transaction.However, this is contingent on the subsidiary making a minimum of $650,000 inEBITDA over the next 12 months.

Vital Living already owns MAF Bionutritionals and theChristophers Herb line.
