TEMPLE, Texas--Not only has a former dietary supplement Web site changed its name, but it has also decided to forego the realm of natural health for the world of beverages. Vitawarehouse.com (Pink Sheets:VITW) has changed its name to Texas Diversified Distributors Inc., and changed its operations from a nutritional company into a beverage service company, effective at the end of the business day Aug. 17

This announcement follows the company's Aug. 15 acquisition of Titan Coffee & Distribution Inc., a company that designs, installs, supplies and maintains beverage service centers in supermarkets and convenience stores.

As part of the acquisition, current management was replaced by Titan management and appointees. J.K. Welch, the newly appointed president and chairman of the company, stated in the company's press release that he expects to see this new business opportunity expand rapidly.

Additionally, the former Vitawarehouse.com will reverse split its issued and outstanding shares of common stock on a one-for-five basis and increase its authorized shared of common stock from 25 million shares, $.001 par value to 50 million shares, $.001 par value. The company was unavailable for comment by press time.
