Wholefood Farmacy Reports Record December Sales

ROGERSVILLE, Tenn.--The holidays proved profitable for WholefoodFarmacy Corp. (OTCBB:WFMC), as the whole food marketer and retailer recordedrecord sales for the month of December 2004. Sales for the month topped$106,000, up 390 percent from December 2003 results. The company noted Januarysales are poised to raise the bar even higher than Decembers mark, based onearly comparison.

The company is now profitable on an operating basis, thanks to creativeallocation of certain internal resources, which cut monthly fixed overhead by asmuch as 30 percent, according to Mark Bowen, chief executive officer.

The growt is being driven by word-of-mouth, product quality and ourdistributor-friendly policies, said Bowen. We are also seeing alarge-scale trend as doctors and nutritionists are becoming distributors andprescribing our foods to patients.

WFMC also announced the American Diabetes Association (ADA) has reviewed andapproved the companys products for exhibition and sale at ADA conventions,expos and special media events.
