LAVAL, Quebec—Neptune Technologies & Bioressources received approval from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) to market its Neptune Krill Oil (NKO®) under Novel Food and PARNUTS regs. The OK means NKO can be used commercially across Europe at its clinically effective dosage level in dietary supplements, functional foods, meal replacements and medical foods.
