Organic Technologies Expanding Efforts

COSHOCTON, OhioOrganic Technologies, formerly Wiley Organics, is a custom manufacturer of fine organic chemistry-based products. The company has increased its presence in the nutraceutical market over the past five years, and plans to exhibit at SupplySide West for the first time this year.

Over half of our total project mix is now in the area of food, flavor and nutraceutical-related products, said Jack Etheridge, vice president. Both of our plants operate under food-grade GMP protocols, and we have kosher certification for many of our products and processes. Our expertise in organic chemistry positions us to take advantage of innovative approaches to dietary supplement-type product research, scale up to production. Our particular expertise in custom distillation is also a strength we have been able to apply in this area of product development and commercialization.

The company does extensive toll manufacturing, but also has various grades of soy saponins and an organoleptic grade of calcium CLA.
