Alex Davila Gallup has worked in both sales and legal with Daabon USA for almost 3 years, and prior to that was a practicing attorney in South Carolina. However, her experience with Daabon USA spans a lifetime as a 3rd generation member of the family that owns and operates Daabon. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina. As an avid home cook, she particularly enjoys working with all kinds of food companies—especially those of which value and emphasize organic and sustainable sourcing.

She has a B.A. in Latin American & Caribbean Studies from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Eastern Michigan University. Her career in the food industry spans 16 years, with a focus on the natural and organic sector.

Esther loves building collaborative relationships with clients that are focused on adding value and identifying creative solutions for unique applications, and appreciates the opportunity to work with a company that champions sustainability.
