Doug began his association with CULINOLOGY when he accepted the position of managing editor in January 2004, just prior to the publication of the second issue in the magazines history. He is also the managing editor of Food Product Design, where he manages the culinary aspects of the magazine, among other duties. In addition to his culinary focus, Doug also actively follows organic and natural foods. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two sons.
