Virgo Sets Agenda, Speakers for Focus on the Future

PHOENIXVirgo Publishingannounced details for its second annual Focus on the Future Executive Conferenceand Retreat, scheduled for Jan. 27 to 30, 2004, in Scottsdale, Ariz. The event draws leadingexecutives from the dietary supplement and nutraceutical industries forhigh-level meetings, networking events and watching the PGA Phoenix Open from aprivate corporate tent.

This conference is an ideal place for business leaders todiscuss the many challenges and opportunities facing our industry, said PeggyJackson, director of publishing for Virgos Health & Nutrition Division. With critical issues to discuss such as threats to DSHEA[the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act], pending GMPs [goodmanufacturing practices], bioterrorism regulations and biased media coverage, weexpect a great turnout and an exceptional event.

Focus on the Future starts with a golf outing on Jan. 27followed by an evening Poolside Welcome Reception, sponsored by NSFInternational.
