LEOMINSTER, Mass.--DT Packaging Systems (www.dtindustries.com)introduced tube fillers for metal, polyethylene and laminated tubes with threespeeds available, up to 100 tubes per minute. The new models feature tool-lesschangeover, PLC controls with color touchscreen, and all mechanical deviceslocated in a vertical cabinet, allowing maintenance people access while standingor kneeling. The new machines provide dosing accuracy of plus or minus 1percent. Both filling and dosing are adjustable while the machine is running.
