Additional Q-Gel Products Now USP Verified

WESTBURY, N.Y.Tishcon Corp.,makers of Q-Gel® coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) products, announced two more of its Q-Gelsoftgel products completed the U.S. Pharmacopeias (USP) Verification Programfor dietary supplements. Tishcon received USP verification for four Q-Gelproducts in early 2004; all six products will now carry the USP verificationmark on their front labels.

Tishcon is pleased to join the growing group of supplementmanufacturers with USP verified products, said Raj Chopra, chairman and chiefexecutive officer of Tishcon-GelTec (www.tishcon.com). We are in the processof increasing the number of our CoQ10 products being considered for theverification mark.

The newly verified products are the Q-Gel 30 mg minisoftgels and the Q-Gel 60 mg mini softgels. USPs verification confirmsthe products contain the ingredients declared on the label and in the declaredamounts, meet limits on contaminants and have been manufactured in compliancewith USP and proposed federal GMPs (good manufacturing practices).
