ADM Cuts Soybean Crush
KANSAS CITY--Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) announced it will cut back its soybeancrushing activity by 5 to 8 percent. Three of its 39 soybean crushing facilities in theUnited States were closed.
According to the company, the crush cutbacks were caused by weak crush margins and areduced demand, especially in Asian markets.
