All American Foods Acquires Waseca

MANKATO, Minn.--All American Foods acquired Waseca, Minn.-based Waseca Foods LLC. AllAmerican is a custom and specialty processor of dry food and nutritional products; Wasecaoffers food blending and packaging services for food service and retail.

Waseca's most widely known line of products, Pro Mix, is made up of more than 100 soy-and dairy-based ingredients for use in finished products. Its corporate headquarters willremain in Mankato; its president, Steve Johnson, will join the All American board ofdirectors and offer consulting services.
