ELGIN,Ill.Amano Enzyme USA is sponsoring a four-part VendorWorks presentation.Part I will examine the complex nature of enzymes. James Jolly, Ph.D., vicepresident of science and technology for Amano, will discuss the basic propertiesof enzymes and how they are sold in the marketplace, as well as how to useenzymes more effectively to maximize functionality. Part II will feature RalphHolsworth Jr., president of N-ZymeCeuticals Inc. and a lieutenant commander withU.S.

Public Health Services, who will discuss the clinical applications ofnattokinase (NSK-SD). Holsworth has supervised clinical trials on NSKSD andwill address its role in conditions such as atherosclerosis, congestive heartfailure and essential hypertension. In Part III, Kenneth Kensey, M.D., chiefexecutive officer of Rheologics Inc., will address the relationship betweenblood viscosity and cardiovascular disease. Finally, Part IV is a question andanswer session with all three speakers.
