BRIDGEPORT, Conn.--Mineralis C, a chelated form of vitamin C, is one of four new products being launched by AnMar International. Mineralis C, which also includes calcium, magnesium, manganese and ascorbic acid, is designed for incorporation into sports and other beverages. A new line of 20 most commonly used amino acids are available in pure or granulated form. Also, a line of chelates-aspartates, citrates and amino acid chelates formulated for use in food, beverage and nutraceutical applications has been added. D-glucuronolactone, a natural substance found in many plant gums, aids in the transfer of amino acid groups during amino acid metabolism has also been introduced by the company.
