The first, Phytoestrogens and Health, focuseson the science of plant molecules with estrogenic actions, including therelationships of phytoestrogens and diseases, mechanisms of action ofnonsteroidal molecules, and potential harmful effects. The second book, Cholesteroland Phytosterol Oxidation Products, researches the problem of analyzingcomplex mixtures of oxidative compounds, particularly as people consume mixeddiets containing both cholesterol and phytosterols.
