DECATUR, Ill.--Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) announced the launch of PFL™, or "protein-fibersol-lecithin product," a soy protein-based nutrition product designed for application in beverages. PFL disperses easily when shaken or blended with water and produces a product combining the health benefits of isolated soy protein, ADM's Fibersol® and soy lecithin. ADM (www.admworld.com) added that PFL blends easily with stabilizers, sweeteners and flavoring ingredients, and can be incorporated into dry-blend beverages, instant cereals and soup mixes, bakery mixes, dry blend mixes, and dry and liquid meal replacement drinks.
