Avoca, Olympic Seafood Create Krill Oil Partnership

MERRY HILL, N.C.Avoca Inc. and Olympic Seafood AS created a joint venture, Rimfrost USA, to produce krill oil. Avoca, a botanical extraction company, has been working with krill oil for the past two years. Partnering with Olympic Seafood will help the companies meet the rising demand for high-quality krill oil.

This venture will enable us to produce in the range of 600 tons of krill oil per year, which is equal to the estimated current annual worldwide demand," said David Peele, president of Avoca.
