Batory Foods Broadens Distribution With New Acquisition

DES PLAINES, Ill.Batory Foods Inc., acquired ingredient broker/distributor Mac & Massey, LLC, the $90 million holding company for Massey Fair, Mac Source and Mulligan Sales. This acquisition marks the largest in Batory Foods 33-year history.
