Bionov ~ PRIMO-ANTIOXIDANT® S

AVIGNON, FranceBionov will present its PRIMO-ANTIOXIDANT® S ingredient, a new coating for instant drink applications, at Vitafoods Asia 2013.

PRIMO-ANTIOXIDANT® S, developed for the anti-aging market, is a natural melon juice concentrate containing SuperOxide Dismutase (SOD) with significant antioxidant bioactivity. Also called grade S, the coating is dispersible in water at cold temperatures, stable in water and acidic conditions; it is also tasteless and colorless. All Bionov nutrition and beauty ingredients will be available with this new coating.

Grade S protects the body against oxidative damages in the human body. It results from a green and natural development, and it does not contain any solvents, gluten, allergens, BSE (bovine spongiform encephalopathy), GMOs, pesticides or heavy metals.
