Soy protein isolate from Solbar, Solpro 735, is calcium-fortified and suited for use in a wide range of beverage applications.

"The calcium fortification brings the calcium level of Solpro 735 to 3%, while the protein level is 80%, says David Kraus, Global Application Manager of Solbar. Cow's milk contains typically 3% protein and 0.12% calcium."

The product has an off-white color and a bland flavor profile. It maintains low viscosity and is easily dispersible in cold water.
