MINNEAPOLIS--Cargill Health & Food Technologies (www.cargillhft.com)demonstrated the latest innovations and applications of its branded ingredientsat Fi Europe. The company focused on its Ascend brand of trehalose--a sugarmade from cornstarch--since recently announcing expansion of its marketingrights in Europe. Other showcased ingredients included Corowise phytosterols,which promotes heart health, and soy isoflavones for women's health.
