BLAIR, Neb.—Cargill’s maltitol and erythritol plants in Blair, Neb., received superior ratings from the American Institute of Baking (AIB). It is the erythritol plant’s third consecutive superior rating by the AIB in as many years. Kathy Fortmann, Cargill’s global business director for polyols and dextrose, said, “Our plant personnel take great pride in adhering to the highest food safety standards. To have the quality of their work confirmed is gratifying.”
