MINNEAPOLISCargillHealth & Food Technologies (H&FT) announced its inulin supplier, CosucraWarcoing Group, will increase inulin production capacity to an excess of 45,000metric tons per year beginning later in 2004; the first production should beavailable this December, according to Cargill.
