According to the company,Nutrilife CCX can help reduce costs in a wide range of short-shelf-lifeyeast-raised baked goods and flours, and its performance was evaluated in testscarried out on a variety of yeast-raised products. The enzymes are said to beparticularly suitable for use in different types of flours and with specialtechnologies, such as retarded fermentation and frozen doughs.
