CREAGRI ~ HIDROX® 12 Percent

HAYWARD, Calif.CREAGRI Inc.®, a provider of polyphenol antioxidants derived from organic olives, is introducing  a new hydroxytyrosol formulationHIDROX® 12 percentto its line of natural, organic olive polyphenolic ingredients, which also include: HIDROX® Liquid (0.5 percent), HIDROX® Spray Dry 2 percent, and HIDROX® 6 percent freeze dry.

Designed to provide a reliable, safe and natural source of polyphenols, HIDROX has antioxidant properties and excellent bioavailability. Ultracentrifugation is used to remove olive insolubles from CREAGRIs proprietary olive juice, the precursor to HIDROX. HIDROX 12 percent is a clean and soluble product, compatible with a number of foods and beverages, including clear water and juices.

HIDROX is the proprietary ingredient developed using CREAGRIs Integrale de-pitting process that uses an eco-compatible process that eliminates unwanted compounds produced in the seeds of olives. The juice is recovered during the milling of olive oil and turned into a stable, fully organic, polyphenolic-rich ingredient.
