IRVINE, Calif.—Cyvex Nutrition is expanding its Antioxidant Team Rosters with new additions to the Red Team and Green Team. New players for the Red Team include KriaXanthin™, krill oil with astaxanthin and omega-3 fatty acids; CranVida™, cranberry extract with 1.2 percent anthocyanidins and 4 percent proanthocyanidins; and Cyvex Black Currant Extract, a high ORAC berry extract with 30 percent anthocyanidins and 30 percent polyphenols. On the Green Team, new offerings include AppleZin™, apple extract with 80 percent polyphenols (80 mg) and 5 percent phlorizin (5 mg) equivalent to two apples; BroccoPlus™, a potent broccoli concentrate with 6 percent glucosinolates equivalent to one pound of fresh cooked broccoli; and Green Grasses, featuring alfalfa, barley and wheatgrass powders from young green plants.
