DevanSoy, Carroll, Iowa, partnered with Virginia Dare, FMC BioPolymer and Berner Foods to develop a new functional beverage application—Indulgent Soy. Available in a range of flavors, including Rich Coffee, Vanilla Chai, Mixed Berry and Dark Chocolate, the beverage can be packaged under a brand label or customized further to offer a completely new offering. The companies involved brought expertise in soy base, flavors, stabilizers and single serve glass bottling technology, enabling brands to enter the growing soy foods category with minimal product development investment.
