Devansoy Sole Owner of Plant

ROCK CITY, Ill.—Devansoy is now the sole owner and operator of its soymilk production facility here; the plant had been jointly operated by Berner Foods and Devansoy. According to Devansoy, assuming complete ownership and management of the 94,000-square-foot facility will enhance the company’s ability to meet growing demands for its Benesoy™ ingredients; the acquisition included 32.5 acres of land, allowing for growth and expansion in the future.
