LA MIRADA, Calif.The E.T. Horn Co. (www.ethorn.com)introduced NSK-SD, a patented form of Nattokinase, the naturally occurringenzyme found in soy-derived Natto. Nattokinase enhances the bodys naturalability to fight inadvertent blood clots, according to the company, and iscomposed of 275 amino acid residues. A daily dose of 2,000 fibrin units ofNSK-SD may help prevent blood clots, while a daily dose of 4,000 fibrin unitsmay help treat blood clots. All traces of vitamin K2 are removed from theproduct, eliminating any potential adverse drug interactions with warfarin, ablood-thinning medication.
