Enzymotec Develops Krill Oil Stability Test

MIGDAL HAEMEQ, IsraelEnzymotec announced it developed a stability test for krill oil. According to Eyal Afergan, director of nutrition process development, the test can easily validate the quality and stability of krill over time and under accelerated conditions; it measures the susceptibility of krill oil complex to oxidation.
