FTNF Distillates

At IFT 2010, Treatt USA will unveil two new products: Spearmint Treattarome 9764 and Ginger Treattarome 9745.  These latest additions to Treatts portfolio of 100% natural FTNF distillates impart a high impact, authentic aroma in a variety of food and beverage applications.

Spearmint Treattarome 9764 offers clean, fresh mojito-like top notes. As a water-white product, it provides an effective solution for clear beverages, as well as dairy, juices and juice-based drinks. Ginger Treattarome 9745 delivers a rooty back note while ensuring a strong ginger character.  This is achieved without the ginger heat, making Ginger Treattarome 9745 particularly suitable for alcoholic beverage applications.

The companys honey products will also be showcased at booth #5838.  Honey Treattarome 9802 and Honey Treattarome 9804 can successfully replace honey in sweet formulations, but with no extra sugar or calories. Honey Treattarome 9802 offers a mild flavor profile and dark, smoky back-end notes, while Honey Treattarome 9804 brings a light floral presence and delicate honey top note to flavor compositions.

Treatt USA will also be presenting its range of citrus oils. With lemon, lime, grapefruit and orange options on offer, these oils deliver a high impact citrus aroma, whatever the application.
